Royal Treatment on the Water
Surrounded by gorgeous Lake Jacqueline in Desert Shores, Americana is an experience you'll want to enjoy again and again. What kind of experience, you ask? Well, pull up a lakeside chair, relax, and we'll run down the list:
A Lake Experience: Let's face it, there's not much about Las Vegas that makes you feel connected to nature. That's a great reason to leave the stress of city life behind and head to Americana. The restaurant virtually rolls out onto the lake, and is encircled by waterfowl, turtles and fish of all sizes and shapes. These Desert Shores residents and visitors are as thrilled as you are to discover a lake here, and seem to truly enjoy greeting, entertaining and fascinating those who watch them. You can be content to be a lake potato, absorbing the environment at your leisure while you sit. Or you can walk around the shoreline through draping landscaping, checking out the views and wildlife in three compass directions.
A Mouth-Watering Experience: Owner and Executive Chef Stephen Blandino and his staff know what they're doing, and are constantly refreshing the menu with dishes that make you savor every delightful bite. Chef Blandino launched Americana after serving as Executive Chef of Charlie Palmer Steak in Four Seasons Las Vegas. He brings a national reputation and a flair for understanding new and innovative cooking techniques to this signature location.
An Experience in Liquidity: Americana's Eagle's Ledge bar is a destination in itself, with a classy but relaxed environment serving liquid creations from premier mixologists. What better place to have a cold, nirvana-inducing drink than Americana's lakeside bars on the shores of Lake Jacqueline? The daily Happy Hour runs from 4-6PM and features small bites and bar specials. Add that to the restaurant's carefully-selected wine list, and you'll want to relax at Americana just to literally "go with the flow".
A Stateroom Experience: The attention to detail in Americana's classic architecture, varied lake-themed seating areas and overall feel is second to nothing in Las Vegas. Fashioned much like the stateroom of a luxury ship, the restaurant welcomes you with spectacular crystal chandeliers, relaxed view seating, custom couches and other furnishings, and aquatic art including custom pieces from Vladimir Kush. We've watched people drag their friends into the restrooms just to see them, even if that particular form of nature isn't calling. Desert Shores is fortunate to have a local venue that so artfully understands and intertwines with the lake theme of the community.
