Desert Shores Racquet Club has committees of residents to help the Board manage, operate and maintain various aspects of DSRC life.  The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is provided for in the community's governing documents, while the other three committees have been created by the Board.  All members are residents apponted by the Board.  If you would like to be a member of any of these committees, please contact the Management Company.

Following is a brief description of each of the committees currently functioning at DSRC:

Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

The Board of Directors will review all ARC applications. Typical committee actions involve suggestions for improvements to community buildings and interiors, investigating requests from homeowners on proposed modifications to their home, and reporting violations of DSRC Architecture Rules for corrective action.

Landscape Committee

The Landscape Committee makes recommendations to the Board on all aspects of landscaping, suggests improvements, and reports violations of DSRC Landscaping Rules to the Board for disciplinary action.  Note: In the absence of the Landscape Committee, the ARC would perform these functions.
